WUMS App 3.0.8: the inspection without a connection is now complete

Version 3.0.8 has been in the Apple App Store and on Google Play since 30 September. It finishes the offline inspection introduced in 3.0.6.

Damages are part of the offline inspection

The list of damage types is now kept on the device and refreshed after every load. A damage can therefore be recorded in full without a connection — type, position and photo — and goes to the server together with the inspection as soon as there is a network again. In the hall, in a basement or at the edge of a delivery base, the app works just as it does on Wi-Fi.

The matching view as soon as something changes

The app now reads the contact groups on every start and every time it is reopened. Anyone newly added to the workshop group sees their orders the next time they open it — no signing out, no waiting.

Reliable lists and orders

The ticket lists load reliably, even when something is missing in the master data. And on a vehicle handover the order names the workshop that is actually responsible.

Calmer in daily use

Around start-up, the camera and the links in the menu the app runs noticeably more steadily — the points raised by the delivery bases over the past weeks are dealt with.
