With the WUMS App you document vehicle inspections, repair orders and vehicle handovers straight from your phone – with photos instead of paper. Whatever you record is immediately available in the Wums Portal.
What the app can do
Vehicle inspection
Check vehicles with little effort: the §57a roadworthiness test, brakes, tyres, noises, transmission and oil level are ticked off one by one. That gives you an overview of the condition of the entire fleet at any time.
Repair order
Record technical and bodywork orders right where you are. Damage is documented and sent to the responsible workshop at the touch of a button.
Vehicle handover
Document the condition of the vehicle with photos from every side and record whether there is any bodywork damage – for a smooth handover without later disputes.
Photos instead of forms
Damage is photographed, not described. The zoom is tuned so that shots work even when two vehicles are parked close together.
QR code and licence plate
Scan vehicles via their ATG QR code or enter the licence plate – vehicle name, model and chassis number are filled in automatically.
Tickets at a glance
Open pickups and returns, plus ticket status from “01 New” to “05 Accepted” – visible and filterable at any time.
