The overview for workshops and locations
Everything recorded in the app comes together in the WUMS Portal. Workshops see all open repair orders there, change their status and document the repair – locations keep track of their vehicles and reports. The portal runs in the browser, no installation required.
Tickets
All repair orders in one list. Four tiles show open tickets and how many are “New / to be collected”, “Under repair” and “Ready for delivery”. Filter by order type, delivery base, period, priority and contact person.
Vehicles
The vehicle fleet with service date and mileage – both editable right in the portal – along with the findings from the vehicle inspection: §57a due date, oil level, tyre tread and soiling.
Licence plate lookup
Enter a licence plate and immediately see which delivery base the vehicle belongs to – without digging through lists or asking around.
Creating repair orders
Authorised workshops create a technical or bodywork order right in the portal – with vehicle data, check points such as brakes, tyres and transmission, plus the damage number.
Location report
Per delivery base: number of vehicles and inspections plus the figures for §57a, oil level, tyre tread and soiling – as a chart, as a list of values and broken down by licence plate, for this month or last month.
